Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every product you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at contact@shopperiwinkle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: skincare, beauty products, and personal care items.
